BiTaksi
BiTaksi is an application that brings together passengers looking for a taxi and taxis looking for passengers, making it easier for people in metropolitan cities to call a taxi to your location with a single click. In the BiTaksi application, you can see the driver’s name coming for you, the score of the driver, and the license plate on the screen, monitor his movement on the map, and you can pay with cash or credit card.
As Fol, we redesigned all mobile platforms and websites of BiTaksi. UI and UX designers of our team worked on improving the usability of the existing application with detailed research. We redesigned the screens that both taxi drivers and users see with a new experience.
As of today, the application has reached more than 3.7 million downloads and 25 million passengers.
